 Formerly President of Toscany Inc., a $50 million glassware and tabletop company, he introduced over 3,000 product lines in his 25-year career. Under his leadership Toscany grew from a $4 million company to a $50 million company.
Neil founded Buzz in 1997, a giftware and glassware company. He hired and managed a national network of sales organizations and grew sales from $0 to $4 million in three years.
Neil has been a consultant in the giftware industry specializing in product development, product sourcing and developing marketing and sales strategies for clients worldwide. He is an adjunct professor of Marketing and International trade at Villa Julie University in Maryland.
 Merchandising and marketing specialist, Elizabeth has worked for Fortune 500 companies including MCA, Greyhound Corp.
and Time Inc.
As consultant to the Elizabeth K and Potpourri catalogs, Director of Museum Collections, Alva Museum Replicas, New York Graphic Society and Merchandise Manager for Kaleidoscope catalog as well as a long list of others, she has worked with many sales reps in her career and knows first hand the buyer’s agenda.
Elizabeth has personally conceived and developed over 500 exclusively designed items and merchandised a wide range of products which include gifts, decorative accessories, home furnishings, tabletop, personal care, bed and bath, children’s items, gourmet, jewelry and ready-to-wear.
